The Certified in Engineering Graphics (CEG) program is designed to serve graduates of both 2-Year and 4-Year Programs. The exam is broad-based, and geared to individuals with a background in the expression of industrial design ideas through engineering graphics, including geometric construction, orthographic views, and standardized annotations.

The CEG Exam can be used for individual certification and for program assessment. The exam is an *open-book, 145-question, multiple choice examination. The questions fall into 16 main content areas, as detailed in the CEG Study Guide. Passage of the exam is determined by a cumulative score of 72 points or higher.
